We do not express our appreciation as often as we should.
In fact, the greatest gift and service that has ever been given to us is often overlooked.
God gave us His Son.
For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
John 3:16
Jesus, the Son of God, came to earth and died for you and for me, so we could be forgiven of our sins and be 100% sure that we have a home in heaven with Him when we die.
Please consider this:
- You are a sinner before God.
For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.
Romans 3:23
- The penalty for your sin is separation from God in Hell after death.
For the wages of sin is death: but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Romans 6:23
- Jesus Christ died on the cross to pay the penalty for your sin.
But God commendeth His love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Romans 5:8
- You can accept this free gift and be eternally saved.
For the wages of sin is death: but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Romans 6:23
- Simply admit that you are a sinner, believe that Jesus died for you, and accept His free gift of salvation.
But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name.
John 1:12
- You can pray right now to receive Jesus as your Savior and know without a doubt that you are on your way to heaven when you die.
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Romans 10:13
